Our onsite Event Planner is available to you from start to finish! Services include:

Checkpoint Meetings: Scheduled meetings throughout the planning process to match couples with their Primary Vendors and develop the floor plans, timelines, ceremony and reception details, and overall venue logistics.

Monthly Emails to help keep you on track as you plan your big day!

Wedding Weekend Services: Facilitation of the ceremony rehearsal walkthrough and up to 12 hours of coordination services on the wedding day.

Our Event Planner exclusively works at Whispering Ridge Farms and is dedicated to providing a top quality experience for every couple.

Optional: Couples may enhance their planning experience by adding event design services.

Whispering Ridge Farms couples are required to choose their caterer, bartender, and DJ from our list of trusted vendors. Your coordinator will help match you with the best fit for your wedding day.

All other services may be sourced by the couple if they choose. We also provide a list of recommended professional vendors to help guide you in selecting other services. Discounts are available for selecting from our list of Partnered Vendors.

Yes! We proudly offer a selection of venue rental discounts:

Partnered Vendor Discount
Save $300–$1,000 when you book with our team of trusted partnered vendors.

Military & First Responder Discount
Receive 5% off venue rental.
Eligible service includes Military, Law Enforcement, Fire Services, and EMS.

• Limited to one discount per wedding

• Must be applied to either the bride or groom (not both)

Last Call Discount
Available for select dates booked within six months of the event date.

Important Notes:

• Military, First Responder, and Last Call discounts must be applied at the time of booking

• Proof of service is required for Military & First Responder discounts

• Military/First Responder discount cannot be combined with the Last Call discount

• All available discounts apply to The Wedding Package only

We offer one thoughtfully designed venue package that is streamlined to provide the best possible Whispering Ridge wedding experience. Because of this, modifications to The Wedding Package are not available.

However, we do offer a few enhancements! Couples may choose to add event design services and/or shuttle transportation services to The Wedding Package. Rehearsal dinners and small events may also be added as optional wedding week events.

Whispering Ridge clients are allowed to provide alcohol to be served to their guests free of charge. A licensed & insured bartending service from our Primary Vendors List is required for all events. Cash bars are not allowed due to NC law.

Whispering Ridge Farms is not licensed to serve alcohol, so a NC ABC special event permit is required for each event that is including liquor or high ABV alcohol service. NC law prohibits guests bringing their own alcohol or liquor.

We recommend consulting with your licensed and insured bartender for their bartending service requirements.

*Our full alcohol policy is included in our venue rental agreement. We strictly follow NC ABC laws.
